1. Use of the Website

1.1 The content on this website is for your personal use only and must not be used for any commercial purposes. 1.2 You must not use this website to engage in any illegal activities or infringe on the rights of others.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 All content on this website, including but not limited to images, text, designs, logos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Fabulousy or its licensors. 2.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content from this website without the written permission of Fabulousy.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 All orders must be submitted through this website. By placing an order, you agree to purchase the selected product(s). 3.2 The accepted payment methods will be listed on the checkout page. Payment must be made immediately upon order confirmation. Orders will only be processed after payment has been received.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Fabulousy will process and ship orders as soon as possible after order confirmation. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination. 4.2 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Fabulousy is not liable for orders that cannot be delivered due to inaccurate addresses. 4.3 Pre-Order Items: All pre-ordered items require a waiting period of 7-14 days before shipping. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate, and items may be shipped before or after this period. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship the entire order once the last item arrives. If you prefer to receive in-stock items first, please place a separate order. 4.4 International Shipping: International shipping costs vary by destination. Standard shipping time is 14 to 21 days, and expedited shipping time is 7 to 10 days. Specific delivery times may vary depending on the destination. If you have urgent needs, please contact us before placing your order. International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and other fees required by local customs. All international packages are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), which means these fees are not included in the purchase price on our website. You are responsible for paying these fees to receive your package. We cannot provide estimates for these fees and recommend contacting your local customs office for information on the estimated costs and rates. Fabulousy is not responsible for packages lost, misdelivered, or stolen during transit once they have been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address.

5. Returns and Refunds

Taiwan customers: According to Taiwan's Consumer Protection Law, jewelry items (including earrings, ear studs, necklaces, rings, bracelets, etc.) are considered personal hygiene products and cannot be returned or exchanged after the package has been opened. Clearance items and discounted products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please review the shopping guidelines and product descriptions carefully before making a purchase. For defective items, please report within 7 days of receiving the product, and provide photos of the defect. After the defect is confirmed, we will proceed with the necessary actions. Although we thoroughly check the quality of each piece of jewelry, minor scratches or marks from the manufacturing process that do not affect the appearance or functionality of the product are not considered defects. If you need to exchange a product for a different size (e.g., a ring that does not fit), please report it within 7 days of receiving the item and contact customer service for further instructions. The product must be in its original condition, with no signs of damage or wear, and must include the original packaging (including the outer box). The shipping costs for size exchanges must be borne by the customer.

Internationa customers: For hygiene reasons, we DO NOT provide return service.

However, if your jewelry is damaged during the shipping process or is deemed to be defective, please contact us within 21 days of purchase of internationl order. Please include photos of the damaged item(s) for review. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.4 Product Quality and Description
Fabulousy makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of all product descriptions, prices, and other information. However, due to technical reasons or information provided by suppliers, errors may occur. Fabulousy reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel any orders placed due to such errors.

6.5 Indirect Damages
In no event shall Fabulousy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages resulting from the use of this website or the purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or other intangible losses, even if Fabulousy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6.6 Maximum Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the maximum liability of Fabulousy is limited to the amount you paid for the purchased product. Even in the event of a breach, tort (including negligence), or other legal liability, the compensation amount from Fabulousy shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the product.

6.7 Mandatory Provisions
If certain regions do not allow some limitations of liability or disclaimers, those provisions will not apply to consumers in those regions, but the remaining terms will still be valid.

7. Modification of  Terms

7.1 Fabulousy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The modified terms will be published on the website and will take effect immediately.

8. Applicable Law

8.1 Taiwan Region
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), and any disputes arising from the use of this website or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taiwan.

8.2 International Customers
If you are located outside Taiwan, these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and shall be interpreted accordingly. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or related to these terms shall be first resolved through friendly negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Taiwan, unless the laws of your location mandate that you have the right to file a lawsuit in your local courts.

8.3 Mandatory Provisions
Regardless of the above provisions, if the laws of your location mandate the application of local laws or jurisdiction, nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit your rights under those laws.
