For hygiene reasons, we DO NOT provide return service.
However, if your jewelry is damaged during the shipping process or is deemed to be defective, please contact us within 21 days of purchase of internationl order or 7 days of domestic order. Please include photos of the damaged item(s) for review. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
